Limitation of liability

ValastroArchitecte or one of its employees will be held responsible for any problems arising from this site. However, we will not be held responsible for any problems arising from any irregular use of this site.

Divisibility

Disputes

The general structure, as well as the software, texts, animated or still images, sounds, know-how, drawings, graphics, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication, even partial, of these different elements is strictly prohibited without the agreement expressly in writing from ValastroArchitecte and all other elements making up this website are for the exclusive use of ValastroArchitecte and its creators.


Any total or partial representation of this site, by any means whatsoever, without authorization from ValastroArchitecte, is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable by articles L335-2 / L. 713-2 / L.713-3 of the Code of Intellectual property. The hypertext links set up within the framework of this website towards other resources present on the internet network cannot engage the responsibility of ValastroArchitecte.

The titles of architect, approved architect or architectural company are strictly protected by the law of January 3, 1977.

The law obviously governs copyright for architects. According to the Intellectual Property Code, “plans, sketches” (articles L. 112-2, 12° and L. 112-3 paragraph 3) and “works relating to (…) architecture” (article L. 112-2, 12°), under conditions, may be protected by copyright. Models, sketches or plans can therefore be protected. But the architectural works themselves also have protection.

The architect is the owner of his creations and can choose to disclose them or prohibit their publication or their appearance in guides, whether in the form of a film or photograph.

In accordance with the “information technology and freedoms” law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify information that concerns you. However, this principle has certain exceptions.
